  • Linkage Global (LGCB US): David Sherman, former Board member of Kingold Jewelry, which was an accounting fraud, joined the Board of Linkage Global, which IPO'd on 12/19/24.

  • Western Acquisition Ventures (WAVS US): Robin Smith, who was a Board member of Sorrento Therapeutics, which was a drug fraud, left the Board.

Management Changes:

  • Ally Financial (ALLY US): Doug Timmerman, the company's President of Dealer Financial Services, was named interim CFO.

  • Carter's (CRI US): Company said its Present Brian Lynch would retire.

  • Coca-Cola HBC (CCH GB): CFO Ben Almanzar announced he would step down.

  • Constellation Software (CSU CA): Promoted its COO Mark Miller to Executive Chairman and named Mike Dufton as Volaris Group CEO.

  • Frasers Property (TQ5 SP): Named Anthony Boyd, its CEO of Frasers Property Australia as its Group COO.

  • Gildan Activewear (GIL CA): Vince Tyra, a former Private Equity executive, who also ran Broder Bros, was named CEO.

  • InPost (INPST NL): Named Javier van Engelen as CFO after Adam Aleksandrowicz said he would step down.

  • Johnson Controls (JCI US): Promoted Marc Vandiepenbeeck to CFO.

  • Kellanova (K US): The company said its President of Latin America, Nicolas Amaya, would take over as President of North America. The company also announced Victor Marroquin, GM of Mexico, would take over as President of Latin America.

  • Polestar Automotive (PSNY US): Named the former CFO of Geely Sweden Holding, Per Ansgar, as CFO.

  • Trulieve (TRUL CA): Named Marie Zhang, former executive at Blaze Pizza, as COO.

  • Under Armour (UAA US): Named Yassine Saidi as Chief Product Officer and Kara Trent as President of Americas.
