• Cigna (CI US): Promoted its CFO, Brian Evankom, to President and named Ann Dennison, the former CFO of Nasdaq, as Deputy CFO.

• DigitalOcean (DOCN US): Said the former CEO of GoTo, Paddy Srinivasan, would take over as CEO.

• DocuSign (DOCU US): Said its President, Product & Technology, Inhi Cho Suh, is leaving.

• Eaton (ETN US): Named Olivier Leonetti, former CFO of Johnson Controls, as CFO.

• GoodRx (GDRX US): The company said its COO Raj Beri would leave the company after eliminating the role.

• Safehold (SAFE US): Appointed Tim Doherty as CIO.

• Target (TGT US): Promoted its CFO, Michael Fiddelke, to COO.

• The Trade Desk (TTD US): The company said its Chief Revenue Officer, Tim Sims, would move on to a new role of Chief Commercial Officer and promoted Jed Dederick to Chief Revenue Officer.
