• Amazon (AMZN US): Named John Felton as CFO of AWS and said Udit Madan would take over Worldwide Operations.

• Boral (BLD AU): Said the former CFO of Bapcor, Stefan Camphausen, would take over as CFO.

• Chimera Investment (CIM US): Said its President and COO, Choudhary Yarlagadda, would retire.

• Fortinet (FTNT US): Promoted its Corporate Secretary, John Whittle, to COO.

• Goodyear Tire & Rubber (GT US): It was reported that the former Head of Stellantis North America, Mark Stewart, would take over as CEO.

• International Distributions Services (IDS GB): Named a former Walgreen Boots Alliance executive, Michael Snape, as CFO.

• LVMH (MC FR): Said the former CEO of Louis Vuitton, Michael Burke, would take over as CEO of LVMH Fashion Group.

• Mercury (MRCY US): Named Roger Wells COO.

•  Wendy's (WEN US): Named Kirk Tanner, a former Pepsi executive, as CEO.
