Bioteage (BIOT SE): Torben Jørgensen, the company’s Chairman, is taking over as CEO on an interim basis.

California Water Service Group (CWT US): James Lynch, the former Chief Accounting Officer of SJW Group, was named CFO.

Cognex (CGNX US): Jason Toledano, the company’s CFO and Principal Accounting Officer, resigned.

Comba Telecom Systems Holdings (2342 HK): Board member Kevin Lau left. Lau was previously a Board member of Lihua International, which was an accounting fraud.

Endeavour Mining (EDV CA): Ian Cockerill, the company’s Deputy CEO, is taking over as CEO after Sébastien de Montessus was fired.

Sprinklr (CXM US): Trac Pham was hired as interim COO.
