Persons of Interest:

  • Fanhua (FANH US): Stephen Markscheid, former Board member of ChinaCast Education, Akso Health Group, and JinkoSolar, which were all frauds, left the Board of Fanhua, which was also an accounting fraud.

  • RiskOn International (ROI US): Todd Ault, former founder of Ault Alliance, which was an accounting fraud, was named the CEO of RiskOn International.

  • Azenta (AZTA US): Krishna Palepu, former Board member of Satyam Computer Services, which was an accounting fraud, left the Board of Azenta.

  • Super Micro Computer (SMCI US): Wally Liaw, who was former SVP of Sales at SMCI, which was an accounting fraud, is now SVP of Business Development at the company.

  • View (VIEW US): Amy Reeves stepped down as CFO of View, which was an accounting fraud.

  • Pivot Bio (Private): James Collins, who we recently started tracking for being on the Board at Archer-Daniels Midland, joined the Board of Pivot Bio.

  • Franchise Group (Private): Brian Kahn left Franchise Group, which was a fraud.

  • Global Crossing Airlines Group (JET CA): Chris Jamroz, former Chairman of Roadrunner Transportation Systems, which was an accounting fraud, is now Executive Chairman at Global Crossing Airlines Group, where he has been a Board member since 2023.

  • Convey Health Solutions (Private): Steve Farrell, former Chair of the Audit Committee at Mallinckrodt, which got in trouble for bribing doctors, left the Board of Convey Health Solutions.

  • Philux Global Group (PHIL US): Gene Bennett, former Audit Committee Chair of China Agritech, which was an accounting fraud, is now a Managing Director at Philux Global Group, a company he has been involved with since 2001.

Management Changes:

  • Enerpac Tool Group (EPAC US): Said CFO Anthony Colucci is leaving.

  • Expedia (EXPE US): Said President Ariane Gorin would take over as CEO.

  • Fulton Financial (FULT US): CFO Mark McCollom resigned.

  • Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing (388 HK): Said co-COO Bonnie Chan would take over as CEO.

  • MKS Instruments (MKSI US): Named Michelle McCarthy as Chief Accounting Officer.
