Management Changes:

  • E2Open (ETWO US): Said Andrew Appel would take over as CEO on a permanent basis.

  • Maplebear (CART US): Said COO Asha Sharma resigned.

  • Kirin (2503 JP): Promoted Takeshi Minakata to President & COO.

  • NatWest (NWG GB): Said Paul Thwaite would take over as CEO on a permanent basis.

  • Power Corporation of Canada (POW CA): Said a former executive from Scotiabank, Jake Lawrence, would take over as CFO.

  • PPL (PPL CA): Appointed Dean Del Vecchio, a former executive at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, as Chief Technology & Innovation Officer.

  • Scotiabank (BNS CA): Said one of its executives, Paul Scurfield, would take over as Group Head of Global Banking and Markets on an interim basis.

  • Wihlborgs Fastigheter (WIHL SE): Promoted CFO Arvid Liepe and Director of Projects & Developments Andreas Ivarsson to Deputy CEOs.
