  • Block (SQ US): Larry Summers, who we follow for his involvement in LendingClub, which battled a fraud case, left the Board of Block.

  • Wai Hung Group (3321 HK): Jackie Lam, former CFO of China Media Express, which was an accounting fraud, left as Corporate Secretary of Wai Hung Group.

Management Changes:

  • CJ Logistics (A000120 SK): Said its CEO Kang Sin-ho left to become CEO of CJ CheilJedang.
