Management Changes:

• Arvinas (ARVN US): Said SVP Corporate and Business Development Randy Teel would take over as CFO on an interim basis.

• Bumble (BMBL US): Appointed Ali Rayl as Chief Product Officer, Antoine Leblond as Chief Technology Officer, David Ard as Chief People Officer, and Selby Drummond as Chief Marketing Officer.

• Gibraltar (ROCK US): Said CFO Timothy Murphy is retiring.

• Gibson Energy (GEI CA): Said CEO Steve Spaulding is retiring.

• Icahn Enterprises (IEP US): Said Portfolio Manager Andrew Teno would take over as CEO and David Willetts as CEO of Pep Boys.

• Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ US): Named Philip Johnson, an executive from Lilly, as its new CFO.

• Murphy USA (MUSA US): Promoted CFO Mindy West to COO and hired Galagher Jeff, an executive from Dollar Tree as its new CFO.

• QuidelOrtho (QDEL US): Said Chief Commercial Officer Michael Iskra would take over as CEO on an interim basis.

• Vir Biotechnology (VIR US): Said Chief Medical Officer Phil Pang is leaving.

• Woolworths Group (WOW AU): Said its Head of Marketing for Woolworths Supermarkets, Amanda Bardwell, would take over as CEO.

• YETI Holdings (YETI US): Said Chief Commercial Officer Faiz Ahmad is leaving.
