Management Changes:

• American Electric Power (AEP US): Said one of its Board members, the former CEO of Xcel Energy, Benjamin G.S. Fowke III, would take over as CEO on an interim basis.

• Becton Dickinson (BDX US): Said President of Life Sciences Dave Hickey is retiring.

• Brinker International (EAT US): Said Mika Ware would take over as CFO.

• Envista Holdings (NVST US): Said it is looking for a successor CEO.

• Knight-Swift Transportation (KNX US): Said CFO Adam Miller would take over as CEO.

• Northwest Bancshares (NWBI US): Said the CFO for Key Corp, Douglas Schosser, would take over as CFO.

• Ørsted (ORSTED DK): Named Arendals Fossekompani Chairman Trond Westlie as CFO and promoted Patrick Harnett to COO.

• Silicon Laboratories (SLAB US): Said the former CFO of Synaptics, Dean Butler, would take over as CFO.

• Synaptics (SYNA US): Said CFO Dean Butler is leaving.

• UOL Group (U14 SG): Said Siti Aisha Bernice Peng would take over as CFO on an interim basis.

• Van Lanschot Kempen (VLK NL): Named Damla Hendriks as Chief Risk Officer.
