  • Everbridge (EVBG US): Said the former CFO of Riskonnect, David Rockvam, would take over as CFO.

  • GAP (GPS US): Named Zac Posen as EV Creative Director of Gap and Chief Creative Officer of Old Navy.

  • Grifols (GRF ESP): Said the former Chief Strategy Officer of Olympus, Nacho Abia, would take over as CEO.

  • Innovent Biologics (1801 HK): Said CFO Ronald Hao Xi Ede would retire.

  • LivaNova (LIVN US): Said an exeucitve at Johnson & Johnson, Vladimir Makatsaria, would take over as CEO.

  • Macerich (MAC US): Said the former CEO of Spirit Realty Capital, Jackson Hsieh, would take over as CEO.

  • Sprinklr (CXM US): Promoted its EVP of Customer Operations Scott Harvey to Chief Customer Officer and said its Chief Revenue Officer Paul Ohls is leaving.

  • Ventia Services Group (VNT AU): Named a Region Group executive, Mark Fleming, as CFO.
