  • Dice Medicine (IRON US): Named the former CFO of Replimune, Jean Franchi, as CFO.

  • Forward Air (FWRD US): Said Chief Legal Officer Michael Hance would take over as CEO on an interim basis.

  • Exelon (EXC US): Promoted the CEO of its subsidiary PECO, Mike Innocenzo, to COO.

  • Freeport-McMoRan (FCX US): Said President Kathleen Quirk would take over as CEO.

  • H&R Block (HRB US): Said CFO Tony Bowen would retire.

  • JetBlue Airways (JBLU US): Said the former Chief Commercial Officer of LATAM Airlines Group Marty St. George would be appointed President.
