Management Changes:

• 3M (MMM US): Said the former CEO of L3 Harris, Bill Brown, would take over as CEO.

• Bapcor (BAP US): Said the CEO of Emerging Businesses at Coles Group, George Saoud, would take over as CFO on an interim basis.

• Cencora (COR US): Said COO Robert P. Mauch would take over as CEO.

• Copart (CPRT US): Said one of its co-CEOs, Jay Adair, would transition to Executive Chairman.

• FedEx (FDX US): Promoted Sriram Krishnasamy to Chief Transformation Officer to Chief Digital and Information Officer.

• Global Net Lease (GNL US): Said co-CEO James Nelson resigned.

• Jack Henry & Associates (JKHY US): Promoted President Shanon McLachlan to COO.

• Siltronic (WAF DE): Said an SVP of Infenion, Klaus Buchwald, would take over as COO.

• Standard Chartered (STAN GB): Said Global Head of Financial Markets, Roberto Hoornweg and Regional CEO, Africa & Middle East, Sunil Kaushal, would be appointed co-Heads of Investment Banking. In addition, the company said Judy Hsu would take on the responsibility of Great China and North Asia Markets and Ben Hung would assume the role of President of International.

• Telia (TELIA SE): Said CEO of Telia Denmark, Petr Cermak, would take over as Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer on an interim basis.

• Telix Pharmaceuticals (TLX AU): Promoted its COO and General Manager of the Americas region, Darren Patti to COO.
