  • Ayro (AYRO US): Joshua Silberman, former Chairman of Neurotrope, which was an accounting fraud, is now CFO at Ayro, where he also serves on the Board.

  • CMS Info Systems (CMSINFO IN): Puneet Bhirani, former SVP of Think and Learn, which was an accounting fraud, is now SVP of Operations of CMS Info Systems.

  • Golden Heaven Group Holdings (GDHD US): Qiong Jin, stepped down as CEO of Golden Heaven Group Holdings, which was an accounting fraud.

  • Macro Metals (M4M AU): Tolga Kumova, former MD at Syrah Resrouces, which was massively overvalued, joined the Board of Macro Metals.

  • Revez (RCU SP): Kenny Lim, former Chairman of the Audit Committee at China Minzhong, which was an accounting fraud, left the Board of Revez.

  • SolarWindow Technologies (WNDW US): Harmel Rayat, who we recently started tracking for his involvement in RenovaCare, which was a pump and dump scam, left the Board of SolarWindow Technologies.

Management Changes:

  • Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO US): Promoted SVP of Operations Jon Richards to COO.

  • Freddie Mac (FMCC US): Said President Michael Hutchins would take over as CEO on an interim basis.
