• Arch Resources (ARCH US): Said the COO of Compass Minerals, George J. Schuller, would take over as COO.

• Arvinas (ARVN US): Hired an SVP from Bristol-Myers Squibb, Noah Berkowitz, as Chief Medical Officer.

• Brookfield Asset Management (BAM CA): Promoted Hadley Peer Marshall to CFO.

• Chorus (CNU NZ): Said Deputy CFO Katrina Schmidt would take over as CFO on an interim basis.

• dLocal (DLO US): Said an executive from GE Capital, Mark Ortiz, would take over as CFO.

• Intra-Cellular Therapies (ITCI US): Promoted General Counsel Michael Halstead to President and said CFO Larry Hineline is retiring.

• DraftKings (DKNG US): Promoted CFO Jason Park to Chief Transformation Officer and promoted SVP of Finance Alan Ellingson to CFO.

• International Paper (IP US): Said an executive from KKR, Andrew Silvermail, would take over as CEO.

• Iron Mountain (IRM US): Said COO John Tomovcsik is retiring.

• Kontoor Brands (KTB US): Said Tom Waldron would take over as COO and named Jenni Broyles as Global Brands President, Wrangler and Lee and also appointed Ezio Garciamendez as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

• Lagardère (MMB FR): Said Deputy CEO Pierre Leroy is leaving.
