Management Changes:

• Amcor (AMC US): Said Chief Commercial Officer Peter Konieczny would take over as CEO on an interim basis.

• Bio-Rad Laboratories (BIO US): Said the CFO of Benchmark Electronics, Roop Lakkaraju, would take over as CFO.

• CJ CheilJedang (A097950 SK): Said co-CEO Choi Eun-seok is leaving.

• Epiroc (EPI A SE): Appointed SVP Martin Hjerpe as President of its new Tools division and current President of the Tools & Attachments division, Goran Popovski, would take over as President of the Attachments division.

• Insulet (PODD US): Said the CFO of Pitney Bowes, Ana Maria Chadwick, would take over as CFO.

• Korea Zinc (A010130 SK): Said Jeong Tae-woong would take over as Co-CEO.

• Leon's Furniture (LNF CA): Said VP of Finance Victor Diab would take over as CFO on an interim basis.

• Norfolk Southern (NSC US): Said the VP and Chief Transformation Officer of Canadian Pacific, John Orr, would take over as COO.

• Raymond James Financial (RJF US): Promoted CFO Paul Shoukry to President as part of CEO succession plan and said Private Client Group President Scott Curtis would take over as COO.

• Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance (A000810 SK): Said VP of Samsung Life Insurance Lee Mun-hwa would take over as CEO.

• Sibanye Stillwater (SSW ZA): Appointed Greg Cochran as Head of Uranium.
