  • Accrelist (QZG SG): Kenny Lim, former Chairman of the Audit Committee of China Minzhong, which was an accounting fraud, left the Board of Accrelist.

  • First Wave Biopharma (FWBI US): James Sapirstein, who was on the Board of Renovaro Biosciences, which was the company that had a founder who allegedly hired a hitman, is no longer President of First Wave Biopharma but remains on the Board.

  • HSBC Holdings (HSBA GB): Kavita Mahtani, who serves on the Board of Plug Power, which got in trouble for accounting fraud, is no longer CFO of Western Markets for HSBC Bank USA but continues to serve on the Board.

  • MMTec (MTC US): Xiaofei Ren, former Board member of Feihe International, which was an accounting fraud, joined the Board of MMTec.

  • Nano Nuclear Energy (Private): Andrew Cuomo, former Governor of New York, joined the Board of NANO Nuclear Energy, which recently announced an IPO.

  • Nicox (ALCOX FR): Adrienne Graves, former Board member of Akorn, which was once part of an accounting investigation, left the Board of Nicox.

  • Nu Ride (NRDE US): David Hamamoto, former SPAC sponsor of Lordstown Motors, which changed its name to Nu Ride, is no longer serving on the Board.

  • Stafford Capital Partners (Private): Conor McCarthy, former CFO of Ideanomics, joined Stafford Capital Partners as a Finance Manager.

  • VtV Therapeutics (VTVT US): Anne Phillips, former Board members of Trevena, which was a drug fraud, joined the Board of VtV Therapeutics.
