Management Changes:

  • Alamo Group (ALG US): Said Treasurer Agnes Kamps would take over as CFO.

  • BioMarin (BMRN US): Said Roche's Head of Global Product Strategy, Cristin Hubbard, would take over as Chief Commercial Officer.

  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM CA): Appointed Hratch Panossian as Head of Personal and Business Banking and promoted Treasurer Robert Sedran to CFO.

  • Chord Energy (CHRD US): Said SVP of Planning and IR Richard Robuck would take over as CFO after Michael Lou was appointed EVP, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Commercial Officer.

  • LTIMindtree (LTIM IN): Said Head of Treasury at Larsen & Toubro, Vinit Teredesai, would take over as CFO.

  • Marks & Spencer (MKS GB): It was reported that co-CEO Katie Bickerstaffe would step down.

  • Mitsubishi UFJ Financial (8306 JP): Said Deputy CFO Jun Togawa would take over as CFO.

  • Rubis (RUI FR): Promoted Marc Jacquot to CFO.
