• Bridge SaaS (BGE AU): Winton WIllesee, former Chairman of Ding Sheng Xin Finance, which was an accounting fraud, left the Board of Bridge SaaS.

• Comanche Biopharma (Private): Scott Gottleib, who we track for his involvement in Illumina, joined the Board of Comanche Biopharma.

• Nano-X Imaging (NNOX US): Ran Poliakine, the founder of Nano-X Imaging, left the company.

Management Changes:

• Alteryx (AYX US): Said one of its Board members, Kevin Rubin, would take over as CEO on an interim basis.

• Cincinnati Financial (CINF US): Promoted President Stephen Spray to CEO.

• Credit Acceptance (CACC US): Promoted its SVP of Finance and Accounting Jay Martin to CFO.

• Cropenergies (CE2 GR): Said its CFO, Fritz Georg von Graevenitz, would take over as CEO.

• Grocery Outlet (GO US): Named Ramesh Chikkala, a Walmart executive, as COO.

• Holcim (HOLN CH): Said one of its executives, Miljan Gutovic, would take over as CEO.

• JPMorgan Chase (JPM US): Promoted Jennifer Piepszak and Troy Rohrbaugh were promoted to co-CEOs of the Commercial and Investment Bank. The company also announced Viswas Raghavan will become the sole head of Global Investment Banking franchise, Marc Badrichani, its Co-Head of Markets and Securities Services, is leaving, Jason Sippel and Pranav Thakur were named Co-Heads of Markets Trading, and Marianne Lake will become the sole CEO of CCB.

• MYR Group (MYRG US): Promoted Brian Stern to COO.

• SGS (SGSN CH): Said its Head of Finance, Géraldine Picaud, would take over as CEO.

• Sompo (8630 JP): Said its CEO Kengo Sakurada resigned.
